Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory provisions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the service provider and the user of the service.

(hereinafter the "Provider")
and
the user of the service (hereinafter the "Customer").
The service is intended for both business entities (natural and legal persons — B2B) and consumers (B2C).
Legal relations with consumers are governed in particular by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
2. Service definition
The service consists of providing access to an online platform utilizing artificial intelligence models ("AI agents").
AI agents may provide assistance in the following areas:
- administrative automation
- email management
- data box management
- marketing assistance
- data and project management
- basic tax assistance
AI agents are automated systems and their outputs are of an informational and assistive nature only.
The service does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
3. Contract formation
The contractual relationship between the Provider and the Customer is established by:
- creating a user account
- accepting these Terms
- paying the subscription
The contract is concluded in electronic form.
4. User account
The Customer is obliged to:
- provide truthful information
- protect access credentials to their account
- not use the service in violation of legal regulations
The Provider reserves the right to block or terminate the account in case of violation of these Terms.
5. Subscription and payment terms
The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Prices are listed on the service website.
Payments are processed through the secure payment gateway Stripe.
The subscription automatically renews for the next period unless the Customer cancels it before the end of the current period.
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time in their user account.
6. Service availability
The Provider strives to ensure the highest possible availability of the service.
However, the Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Outages may occur due to:
- technical maintenance
- system updates
- third-party service outages
- force majeure
7. Limitation of liability
The Customer acknowledges that AI agent outputs may contain inaccuracies.
The Customer is obliged to always verify important information on their own.
The Provider is not liable for:
- errors in AI outputs
- decisions made based on these outputs
- damages arising from the use of the service
The Provider is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
8. License for outputs
The Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use outputs generated by AI within the service.
The Customer is responsible for how these outputs are used.
9. Withdrawal from the contract
Consumer
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
However, if the Consumer agrees to the immediate commencement of the digital service after payment, they acknowledge that this consent extinguishes their right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to §1837 of the Civil Code.
Business entity
A business entity does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason.
10. Termination of the service
The Customer may terminate the use of the service at any time by deleting their account.
The Provider may terminate or restrict the service in case of:
- violation of the Terms
- misuse of the service
- non-payment of the subscription
11. Amendments to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The Customer will be informed of changes via the website or email.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
The responsible body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
13. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
These Terms take effect on: 14. 3. 2026.
